Features

This is an automotive GPS device that handles up to 500 waypoints. It is the ultra cool Garmin GPS that is designed to provide you with directions to help you get to your desired destination, fast, easy and safe.

Pros

The touch screen feature is definitely a plus. Its advanced text to speech feature which speaks street names along with its 2D or 3D map display helps you get accustomed with your route's custom points of interests. Easy to use, helpful and effective, this slim and lightweight GPS will sure make a great difference to your weekend travels and daily commutes.

Cons

Simplicity is its main draw. One thing about Garmin Nuvi 260 GPS is that it does not support downloaded and pre-determined routes, such as those you have used when hiking or biking, as it is designed for vehicle navigation. It does not have the track and save route features that other Garmin GPS units have.
